MYONEX CLOSES CREAPHARM ACQUISITION EXPANDING GLOBAL SERVICES
Horsham, PA, USA May 2, 2024 – Myonex has completed the previously announced acquisition of CREAPHARM’s pharmaceutical services business. This transaction combines capabilities and flexibility to serve pharmaceutical and biotech companies in both clinical and commercial stages, including companies managing Advanced Therapies. Creapharm’s clinical packaging and distribution services, commercial packaging operations and bioservices will now be known as Creapharm, a Myonex company.
