Creapharm has extended its capacities by constructing and qualifying a new GMP zone of 520 m², dedicated to:
- Clincial trials capsules production including placebo capsules production
- semi-automated or automated capsule filling
- any sizes and types of capsules available ( Coni-snap and DB cap capsules)
- Clinical trials capsule blinding also called overencapsulation
- automated or manual deblisterization
- overencapsulation of ½ or one tablets to multiple units or capsules
This new area, classified ISO8, includes a sampling and weighing room and four suites with independent airlocks and air treatment systems to avoid cross-contamination. One suite is equipped with 100% air renewal and individual protections to handle sensitive hipo products.
Creapharm reacts quickly and efficiently to customer needs thanks to a wide range of semi-automatic machines corresponding to various capsules sizes.
