This international depots network complements our current capabilities throughout the 27 EU countries.
Our partners have been audited and approved by our quality management team and are under contract.
Creapharm is the central hub and the depots permits us to import, store, distribute, and manage returns of your IMP's. All of our partners are able to handle controlled drugs. All storage and shipment conditions are available.
These local depots will permit you to manage your international clinical trials only with one contact at Creapharm.
We will take care of all operations and follow up each shipment on your behalf.
Moreover, a coded web access displays all steps and stocks for each client studies, from reception to destruction. It is updated daily.

Cold Chain distribution

Creapharm has qualified solutions for European and worldwide distribution.
We have a positive (+2/+8°C) and negative ( -20°C/-80°C) high volume storage capacities
- In Europe : over 500m3,
- In the US and Canada through our local partner,
- In major eastern Asian and south American countries through our network of qualified depots partners (see above).
We have selected carriers, have established contracts and QA agreements with them. We continuously monitor their performance.
They are chosen according to the special requirements of each shipment ( type of product, delivery dead line).

Management of returns
Creapharm can provide you with local returns management service (collection/reconciliatation) but also local destruction services not only in Europe countries but all over the world thanks to its own coordinated network of local qualified specialists.
Whether your study is done in one country or several one, you will only have one contact, one contract and one monthly invoice. Your Creapharm project manager will take care of everything for you.
