- 1990 : Foundation of CREAPHARM for pharmaceutical formulation services.
- 1992 : Authorization as a Pharmaceutical Company by AFSSAPS for clinical GMP production.
- 1994 : Labeling and packaging services for clinical trials are added.
- 1996 : Clinical trials distribution servicesare added.
- 2002:The E Pharma group founded by Michel Pautrat for pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services acquires CREAPHARM. The whole group changes name to CREAPHARM.
- 2005-2006 : UNITHER acquires the industrial business of CREAPHARM. Michel Pautrrat sets up Creapharm Europe and retains the business related to clinical supplies which becomes a 100% subsidiary of Creapharm Europe.
- 2008 : CREAPHARM extends its capacity for GMP capsules production and blinding.
- 2009 : Entending secondary packaging and storage capacity.
- 2010 : CREAPHARM starts its international network of depots partner.
- 2011–2012 : CREAPHARM futher extends its network, its capabilities for powders handling, its capacities for blistering , for cold storage, and complement the security of the Bordeaux site.
